We are dedicated to maintaining the privacy of our clients’ personal health information as part of providing professional care and are required by law to keep clinical information private. We only disclose personal health information to provide clients with treatment and to arrange payment for our services. Our staff is trained to comply with the patient privacy regulations of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Upon entry into our program, clients will be given a Notice of Privacy Practices which will outline all the specific guidelines pertaining to HIPAA.
