Both programs combine individual therapy, group therapy, therapeutic meals, and nutrition support in a structured setting — delivered by a multidisciplinary team with specialized expertise in eating disorder treatment.

PHP

Partial Hospitalization ProgramStructured daytime treatment, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with evenings at home. Includes therapeutic meals, group therapy, individual therapy, nutrition support, and psychiatric medication management — for adults and adolescents of all genders.

Intensive Outpatient ProgramStructured daytime programming that includes group therapy, therapeutic meal support, nutrition support, and a session with your assigned clinician — so work, school, and family life continue alongside recovery.

Mon–Fri  10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. or 12:00–3:30 p.m.  Minimum 3 days per week

+Hybrid options may also be available — allowing patients to combine telehealth and in-person programming when clinically appropriate. Ask our admissions team whether a hybrid schedule fits your needs.

Is residential treatment available in New Hampshire?When residential treatment is clinically appropriate, our admissions team helps coordinate care through CEDC’s residential program in Cambridge, MA. Many patients later step down to PHP or IOP here in Concord, closer to home.

Do I need to know which level of care I need before calling?No. We’ll begin with a brief confidential call and arrange an intake evaluation to determine the most appropriate level of care. That’s our job to figure out with you.

Who can attend the NH programs?PHP and IOP at CEDC of NH serve adults and adolescents ages 12 and older, of all genders.

Can I keep working or going to school during treatment?Often, yes. IOP offers two daytime schedule options with a minimum of three days per week, so that work, school, and daily life can continue alongside treatment. Our admissions team will help you find the schedule that fits.
